Australian home protection — Melbourne

We protect your home
so you can sleep.

A patrol car past your gate every hour you ask for one. One button on your phone the night something goes wrong. Triple zero on the line, your people on the line, and our nearest car already moving — all of it, before you finish the sentence. That is what we do.

What we do

Keeping people safe
is the only thing we do.

No stickers on windows. No sensors on walls. No app that pings you every time your own dog walks past the door. Trained, vetted, named operators — paid to watch your home while you sleep, and on call the night the wrong person is at your gate.

We don't sell hardware. We don't sell anxiety. We make you three promises, in writing — patrols logged, panic answered, scouts flagged — and we keep them. On the streets of Melbourne first. In your suburb when you ask us.

This is the work. Your family is the reason.

Vigil Guard · Melbourne, Australia

How we protect you

Three promises. In writing.

We watch your home while you sleep. We flag the scout before the crew is called. And the moment something goes wrong, we put the police, your people, and our nearest patrol car on the move at the same time — before you finish the sentence.

N° I.

The nightly patrol

An unmarked car, a vetted operator, a slow pass of your street between dusk and dawn. Logged, time-stamped, photographed if you ask.

  • Opt in by the night, the week, or the month — patrols only happen when you ask.
  • Each pass is logged in the app with timestamp, GPS ping, and an "all clear" note from the operator.
  • Read the night's log over your coffee. The proof is in your pocket.
  • Optional photo confirmation of the kerb, the gate, the front door — your call, at signup.
N° II.

The panic switch

One tap. The app calls triple zero on your behalf, with everything the dispatcher needs already inside the message. At the same instant, it rings the four people you've chosen.

  • An AI-placed call to 000 with your identity, your address, your location, and the nature of the emergency — pre-recorded by you, in advance.
  • Your circle of four is dialled in parallel — family, neighbours, a designated keyholder. Phones ring until someone answers.
  • Live status visible to your circle from the moment the button is pressed.
  • Hold-to-confirm, with a 5-second cancel. Accidental triggers don't reach dispatch.
N° III.

The Lookout

Flag a scout — quietly, to our ops desk. When three independent flags hit your postcode in ninety minutes, we put a patrol car on the street and warn your neighbours. Included on every tier.

  • One-tap flag with a behaviour description — optional photo, ops-reviewed only.
  • Cluster of three flags → a quiet, postcode-wide alert. Lights on. Doors locked.
  • Priority patrol redirected to the street within minutes, free of charge.
  • Photos never leave the ops desk. Behaviour, not appearance. Never a vigilante app.

How a Vigil Guard night unfolds

Quiet, until we need to move.

01

You set it up once

Address, gate code, medical notes, four people who matter, a voice memo for dispatch. Ten minutes. Then we take it from there.

02

We pass your house at 02:14

The operator radios in. The app logs it. You'll see it in the morning, with the time and the kerb confirmed.

03

The night goes wrong

You press and hold the panic switch. The screen turns crimson. From this point we are running.

04

Help moves before you do

Triple zero hears your message. Your people's phones light up. Our nearest patrol car turns toward your street. All at once.

Proof, every morning

We log every pass.

Most security is a sticker on a window. We give you a timeline you can scroll. Every patrol, every operator, every minute we spent on your kerb — dated, signed, and yours to keep.

Cancel a night with a swipe. Reschedule a patrol if you're away. Forward the log to your insurer the day a claim is filed. We built it to be auditable on purpose — trust without evidence is just hope, and hope is not what you're paying us for.

Every incident on this feed is why we built Vigil Guard.

We can't stop every break-in in Melbourne. We can make sure that on the night someone tries it at your house, a Vigil Guard patrol car is already on the street, our AI is already calling 000, and your circle of four is already being woken up — before you finish the sentence.

Where we protect, right now

Melbourne first. Suburb by suburb.

We open a postcode only when we have an operator vetted and a patrol route mapped — not before. The waitlist tells us where to open next. The panic switch is live anywhere in Australia from day one.

Often asked

The straight answers.

Is the panic switch a replacement for triple zero?

No — it is a way of reaching triple zero faster, with everything the dispatcher needs already in the message, while simultaneously waking the people closest to you. If you can dial, dial. The panic switch is for the moments you can't.

Who actually drives the patrol cars?

Licensed private security operators contracted to Vigil Guard under a written code of conduct. Each operator carries an ID number that appears in your log every time they pass. You may name an operator you do not want on your street; we honour that without question.

What stops someone hitting panic by accident?

A three-second hold, a five-second cancel window after release, and a confirmation tap. Around 1 in 600 panic presses are accidental in pilot data; not one has reached 000 dispatch.

Where does the data live?

In Australia, on hardened cloud, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your log is visible only to you and the residents you add. We do not sell, share, or analyse it for advertising. Ever.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, by tapping a button. No phone call, no retention script, no exit interview. We would rather you came back willingly than stayed unwillingly.
